Double Coupons at WinCo
It's a challenge when you live in the Land of No Doubles (LND) but here's a way you can double up.
Use your printable coupons from Coupons.com and then also claim the products with the SavingStar app (you will need a smart phone/Android or IPad - I use an IPad), almost every time SavingStar will give you the same credit as your coupons.
I also listed savings from Ibotta and Checkout 51 apps as well. One more app to use is Shopmium.
Here are some Double Coupons using printable coupons and the apps at WinCo in Richland (price varies from store to store but should be close to this).

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients for Chicken:
4 (4 ounces each) chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 cup regular onions (yellow), chopped
¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, see shopping tips
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2-3 packets Truvia, Stevia or Splenda (sugar substitute), to taste
1 tablespoon ginger, from a jar, see shopping tips
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour
Ingredients for Serving:
1 bag shredded cabbage (~5 cups)
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons scallions, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Place chicken in dish. Sprinkle onions all over. Combine soy sauce and next 5 ingredients (through garlic); pour over chicken.
3. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Check for doneness.
4. Pour sauce in small pot. In a small dish, mix the cornstarch with a little water to dissolve. If using flour, not necessary. Whisk it into the sauce. Bring heat up to a boil, turn down to low and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens a bit. Pour sauce over chicken.
5. Add cabbage to a microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave for 2-3 minutes until soft.
6. To serve: Divide cabbage on 4 plates. Add 1 breast and spoon sauce over the top of chicken and cabbage. Sprinkle the top of each serving with ½ teaspoon sesame seeds and sliced scallions.

Meals on a Budget
When buying meat really pay close attention to those "special" deals. Like those Albertson's B1G1 deals. If you look at the price per pound it's sometimes $7-$9 a pound and when you have a B1G1 that still isn't a great deal. I look for prices that work out to $2-$3 a pound. That being said I picked up some seasoned pork chops that were B1G2 so I ended up with three packs for about $11, added green beans and a salad to create a family meal for around $15.
Our Safeway is great for their discount meat section were I will find steaks for 30% off so I can normally pick up a steak or two for around $3. Sometimes I may only get one or two but I freeze them until I have enough steaks for the whole family.
