What's for dinner when you are on a budget?I prepared this delicious chicken and potatoes for about $3.75. It was so good. I love my Pampered Chef stone cookware.
I purchased the chicken Albertson's using their coupon for $.69lb and the potatoes were $.99 for 10lbs.
I placed my chicken in the pan, surrounded by cut up potatoes with a little water. Coated the chicken in olive oil and seasonings. Salt and pepper on the potatoes. I have the Pampered Chef Dome Stone Cookware that I cover it with and it browns the chicken perfectly. I cooked it on 375 for about 1 1/2 hr.
