Receive a free bag of IAMS Dog Food with rebate. If you don't use IAMS dog food this would be a great item to donate to your local shelter.

Purchase a 2lb bag of IAMS dog food
Print the rebate form located on IAMS website
Send in the form with UPC from the package (then tape the the package, so you can donate it) and the receipt.

You will need to do this by June 11th
