Grocery Outlet VS WinCo Foods

I finally was able to go to the new Grocery Outlet in Kennewick, WA.  I was really expecting some great deals, but what I found was WinCo Foods prices were lower than Grocery Outlet. I walked out and didn't buy anything because they weren't even close.

In case you have been wondering about our local Grocery Outlet VS WinCo Foods - WinCo wins! Looks like I will continue to shop weekly at WinCo and watch for great sales and coupon match-ups at Albertson's and Safeway.

What items did you see that were less?

Anon - I can speak for Chico CA GO that chips, laundry soap and some freezer items, and most canned items are less at WinCo.
However there are some freezer items that GO has as loss leaders that make it worth the stop, or things on super expiration clearance like break and bake cookies for 99 cents and mini lunchables @ 2 for 69 cents. Also, my guys like the Lady Lee brand of milk

The only thing I had seen was the Margarita Ville frozen chicken was about $3.99, which I thought was a good price. Other than that as I scanned through things nothing seemed to be really "cheap". Our Grocery Outlet is out of the way for me so I'm glad I', not missing out on anything.
