I normally update WinCo on Thursday nights.
Safeway has a couple great deals with a minimum purchase of $10. Get a Safeway gift card for $10 then purchase you sale items. That way you are not buying this you don't need and you can use your card for your next purchase.

At the Kennewick Safeway, there are signs that say " Gift Card purchase not eligible for minimum purchase requirement for Super coupons." Bummer.
Wow. They have worked for me. I have done it twice. The Richland one let's me do that. I wonder if they have changed that in the last couple of weeks. I will have to look. I don't see what the difference would be, your still spending money. I will try to find out about the Richland store.
