Did everyone receive another $10 card from Kohl's in the mail? You can use it with a $10 minimum purchase (one free item is how I look at it). You don't have to buy something worth $20 or more to use the card; buy socks and/or underwear. Each time I receive one I go and buy my kids underwear and socks. Sunday I purchased 2 packs of Hanes underwear for my daughter using my $10 card so OOP was $3.79. I saved $14.50.
I think about all the people that don't use their card, it's like throwing away $10. You can use them to buy something and donate it.

Mine came in the mail. It was the second one I received. Maybe they send them out by area. I live in Pasco WA.
