White Castle Hamburger Casserole

With the great hamburger deal you just purchased from Yoke's here is a great recipe I make often for my family and everyone loves it.

White Castle Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb ground beef
  2. 2 Packets of dry onion soup mix
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 cup Mayonnaise
  5. 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  6. 2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Brown hamburger meat adding one packet of dry onion soup mix
  3. Drain hamburger meat and add the other packet of dry onion soup mix along with one cup of the cheese
  4. Place hamburger mixture in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray
  5. Pour other cup of cheese on top of hamburger meat mixture
  6. In a separate dish whisk heavy whipping cream, mayonnaise, eggs and ground black pepper to taste
  7. Pour this mixture on top of the meat mixture evenly
  8. Bake dish for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown
  9. Top each serving with a bit of yellow mustard and a pickle to get the true White Castle experience
  10. Enjoy!
