It's 1/2 price Tuesday. For the Tri-Cities people here's a deal for you. Rosy's Diner in Richland- buy a $50 gift certificate for $25. They normally come in 2 $25 certificates. I love this place. I go to lunch there pretty often with my co-worker. Yes, we always use the 1/2 price certificates.By the way I'm going today yum.
